No ads, ever
Your class page will never show banner ads next to the bake-sale sign-up. Promise.
Three easy steps

Built on school-friendly guardrails 🛡️
- ✅ Donations are voluntary and private. There is no “who paid” list.
- ✅ Every child's name goes on the class card, no matter what.
- ✅ Teachers approve celebrations; healthy, inclusive celebration guidelines are built in.
- ✅ Academic and policy questions go to the teacher, not the group chat.

Questions parents ask
- Is RoomParent really free?
- Yes. Every feature is free for every family: announcements, volunteer sign-ups, celebration planning, wishlists, and the class fund. There are no premium tiers, no locked reminders, and no upgrade nags.
- Does RoomParent show ads?
- No, never. Your class page will never show banner ads next to the bake-sale sign-up, and we never sell personal data.
- Who approves class celebrations?
- The teacher. Every celebration flows through teacher approval (draft, submitted, approved), with budget, allergy, and food-policy prompts built in so celebrations stay healthy and inclusive.
- Are donations to the class fund private?
- Yes. Donations are always voluntary, and other families only ever see class-level progress toward the goal. There is no "who paid" list, and every child's name goes on the class card no matter what.
- How do I join my child's classroom?
- Create a free account at roomparent.dev/sign-up, then pick your school and your child's teacher. If your school isn't listed yet, add it during onboarding and you become the classroom's first room parent. Room parents can also share a public sign-up link that works without an account.
